Event Fees

You are welcome to attend both events or just one event.

Event 1 UK Clarion User Group Meeting £176.25 incl. VAT (£150.00 excl. VAT)**
Deposit of £50 to be paid to secure your place. Balance invoice will be issued on 1st July to be paid within 7 days.
Attendance to the two day user group meeting
Tea/Coffee & Biscuits mid morning & mid afternoon on both days
Business Lunch on both days

Non UK User Group Members will need to pay an additional fee of £20 for Annual membership to the UK Clarion User Group in order to attend * To find out what membership will entitle you to click here.

Event 2 Capesoft Training World Tour £205.63 incl. VAT (£175.00 excl. VAT)**
Deposit of £50 to be paid to secure your place. Balance invoice will be issued on 1st July to be paid within 7 days.
Attendance to the two day Capesoft training world tour
Tea/Coffee & Biscuits mid morning & mid afternoon on both days
Business Lunch on both days

Accommodation is not included in the cost of either of the events, for costs of staying onsite click here
Evening events & meals are not included so people are free to explore the world famous university city although a possible group event may be organised if enough people would like one.
 

*The £20 UK Clarion User Group will be billed by the UK Clarion User Group so VAT can not be claimed back.

** The events will be billed by Intelligent Silicon Ltd so that VAT can be claimed back by UK & EU VAT registered companies.
To claim the VAT you will need to provide your Country Code ie GB=Great Britain, IR=Ireland, DE=Germany and your VAT number so that you can be invoiced correctly at the time of booking.
